Lufflands Farm House was built around the late 1600's of cob, a local Devon building material. It was originally designed in the style of a Devon Longhouse, with a Barn at the end of the living accommodation and was one of five farms in the hamlet of Yettington. In about 1880 two back gables were added to the house, together with the Stable. Lufflands is no longer a working farm and now offers Bed and Breakfast in the main house and Self Catering Holiday accommodation in the Cottages.
